Electric Shock Drowning Information We recently posted "No Swimming" signs at the entrance of the docks. These signs refer to Electric Shock Drowning, which is a dangerous situation present in any marina or area with electricity near water. This is also the reason the dock electrical system is designed to trip whenever there is an excess amount of current leakage into the water. It can be frustrating when it trips, but it is designed to create the safest marina possible. If there is an outage on the dock, please call the office as soon as possible to speak with someone, leave a voicemail, or send an email. Voicemails and email will be checked regularly on a daily basis. Here is more information about Electric Shock Drowning: https://www.electricshockdrowning.org
